Dublin-in-Print is holding an exhibition to formally launch its project which was established in December 1994 with the aim of creating a database index for The Freeman’s Journal. The exhibition will consist of a collection of articles from The Freeman’s Journal outlining the various issues which the paper reported upon in the winter of 1846/7. There will also be a written commentary along with a number of original photographs and illustrations to further enhance the exhibition’s appeal. It runs from 17 August to 28 August at Walkinstown Library.
