The annual school’s competition in history has just been launched. It is being organised by the Departments of Medieval and Modern History of TCD in conjunction with the Irish Times. The closing date for this year’s competition is Monday 15 April and the application forms and conditions of entry may be obtained by writing to Schools’ Competition in History, Dept. Teacher Education, Trinity College, Dublin 2. It is regretted that telephone enquiries cannot be dealt with.
